US Domestic Shipping

All the jewelry here is handmade by a small business owner so just as it takes time to make the piece you purchased, similarly it takes time to process and ship it to you. Orders might take about 2-3 days to process. Once your order has been processed it will ship via the carrier you choose at checkout.

Your order will come in a box ready for gift giving. 

Once your package leaves Apatachi and is in the hands of the shipping carrier I no longer have control over its arrival time. This is a small business and I unfortunately can not replace items lost or delayed by shipping carriers. If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact the shipping carrier and your local Postal Office. They will be able to better assist you in the recovery of, or refunding you for the lost package.

Apatachi is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If an order is returned to me due to an address error, and it is not damaged, you will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
