All jewelry is handmade so items are released in limited batches.

Releases are communicated via Instagram and email, and on the header of the website before they go live.

What if I missed a release?

Join the email list at the bottom of the website and follow @apatachi on instagram for news and updates on releases. 

Also, if you like something but someone else got to it first, let me know that you like it so I can make something similar in the future! 

Can I cancel or change my order?

All orders are final. After your order is placed, changes and cancellations can not be made. But, if your cancellation or change request is within 24 hours, I will do my best to accommodate. Requests outside of 24 hours may not be accommodated, but I will always do my best to make things work out. Please send an email to apatachi88@gmail.com to make a change. My collections sell out quickly, and if one item gets canceled it just makes it hard to sell again. Thank you for understanding.

How should I care for my new jewelry?

My jewelry is HANDMADE using natural gemstones, sterling silver and/or gold. Each piece is made to last, but please be gentle because it is delicate. 

Avoid submerging pieces under water and keep them away from soap and harsh cleaning chemicals. 

It is always a good idea to remove your jewelry before physical activity, bathing or sleep.

Natural oxidation to metals occurs over time but you can use a polishing cloth to bring back the shine.
